FAQ

01. How do we book you for our newborn session?

Booking your newborn session is easy! It's best if you can do it a few months in advance of your due date. Your booking secures your spot on my calendar, as I only take a limited number of due dates each month. We will set your session date once baby arrives, usually between 7-14 days old.

02. how do we prepare for a newborn session?

I have an in depth prep guide that all clients receive when they book a newborn session. It answers all sorts of questions from what to bring for baby, to how to dress the family. And of course if you have additional questions, I am just an email or text away!

03. do you include family photos?

Yes! Family portraits, and photos of just the kids, are included as part of a newborn session at ALP.

04. what if my baby is older than 14 days?

I am happy to photograph your "older" baby! My lifestyle room and white room both offer great, relaxed posing opportunities for older babies who may not want to stay in a deep sleep. We can still capture beautiful photos that showcase your little one in their earliest days!
